2 Charged in Fatal Beechwood Neighborhood Drive-By Shooting

Rochester police have charged two in a homicide last April in the Beechwood neighborhood.

18-year-old Kyelon Marbury and 16-year-old Al Oliver Junior allegedly gunned down 31-year-old James Huff the Fourth in a drive-by shooting at Webster and Parsells avenues.

Both are charged with 2nd-degree murder, reckless endangerment, possession of stolen property, and gun crimes.

Marbury is already charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Jermaine Wilkins in February of last year.

And Oliver faces a murder charge for allegedly shooting Jermaine Calloway to death near Central Park and First Street last August.

Police say they have no motive for Huff's shooting, as he had no criminal history.
