Ogden Police are looking for a suspicious vehicle.
They say an unknown man was following teenage girls in the area on Wednesday afternoon.
He's described as a Black man in his mid-20s with long, curly hair.
He was driving a rust-colored 2018 Nissan SUV, with New York plate KPB-9623.
