The person killed in a crash Tuesday afternoon in Livonia has been identified.
The Livingston County Sheriff's office says 21-year-old Valentine Nguyen failed to yield the right of way at Bronson Hill Road, between Stone Hill Road and Route 20A.
The vehicle then collided with a dump truck.
Nguyen was dead at the scene, while a passenger was taken to Strong Hospital with serious injuries.
Charges are not expected against the dump truck driver.
