Rochester firefighters say no one was hurt in a fire at a two-story home on Bloomingdale Street, off North Clinton Avenue.
It broke out around 9 last night.
Smoke and flames were visible from the back of the house.
The only person inside got out on their own and is getting housing help from the Red Cross.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
