An Orleans County man is dead, after a car hit his dirt bike.
Deputies say 24-year-old Roger Kingdollar of Holley was riding on McNamer Road in Barre yesterday afternoon.
That's when 19-year-old Noah Magee of Brockport hit him while driving the wrong way.
Kingdollar was dead at the scene.
Magee then allegedly sped away, but later returned to the scene, where he was arrested.
He faces reckless endangerment and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
