RPD officials confirm Officer Daniel Celiberti has been on the force since 2012, and he remains on administrative assignment.

The state Attorney General's Office has released new bodycam footage of a deadly shooting by Rochester Police on Christmas Eve.
It shows an officer opening fire on Todd Novick, after he appears to display a handgun during a foot chase.
Novick was holding what turned out to be a replica gun.
He later died at the hospital.
The AG's office, the police internal affairs section, and the Police Accountability Board are still investigating the shooting.
