The Livingston County District Attorney's Office says a Rochester man has been found guilty on two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child.
They say 64-year-old Jerry Merrill was found guilty after a three-day jury trial in Livingston County Court.
The DA's office says the charges resulted from a "pattern of sexual assault and rape" involving two different child victims from the Spring of 2009 through the Spring of 2014.
The incidents occurred in Geneseo.
Merrill is due to be sentenced on March 28th.
