A Rochester man has admitted recording young people in bathrooms at an Orleans County Church and at his home.
Sixty-one-year-old Stephen Nicot pleaded guilty in federal court to receipt of child pornography.
The crimes spanned two years, ending in 2014.
A raid at Nicot's home in 2022 turned up videos and images of at least five minors undressed and using a shower at the church.
And his cell phones had images of a minor in a bathroom at his home.
The guilty plea carries a mandatory minimum of five years in prison.
Sentencing is set for May 6.
