A Lyons man is accused of violently attacking his neighbor.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says 26-year-old Steven Wilcox broke into a neighboring apartment, punched and tackled the victim, then tried to stab him with a kitchen knife.
The victim suffered undisclosed injuries.
Wilcox faces burglary, assault, menacing, and a weapons charge.
