The driver in a fatal Livingston County crash has been charged with vehicular manslaughter.
Deputies say 60-year-old Shiella Shledorn was impaired by drugs when her car hit a culvert on Stagecoach Road in Conesus on December 3rd.
Her passenger, say 51-year-old Robert Alford of Dansville, was dead at the scene.
Shledorn was hospitalized for a time following the crash.
She's now being held on $20,000 bail.
