Serial flasher Paul Goodrell has been charged yet again, this time with "burglary as a sexually motivated felony.
Ontario County authorities arrested Goodrell on the latest charge at the Ontario County Jail, where he remains without bail because of a pattern of exposing himself in front of children and violating parole.
This latest charge is from an incident on December 6, when Goodrell entered the WalMart in the Town of Victor and was observed following a family with young girls through the store.
Goodrell had been banned from all WalMart properties two years before.
