A woman has filed a lawsuit connected to the deadly crush of people after a concert at the Main Street Armory last March.
Tiffany Baxtrum claims she was seriously injured and is suing former Armory owner Scott Donaldson, and the company that provided security.
Three women were killed as the crowd headed for the exit at the end of the concert. Baxtrum claims the defendants failed to maintain order.
The Armory has a new owner, but the city told him he can't hold concerts until he addresses code violations at his other properties.
