Rochester Police have named the third victim to die as a result of the New Year's attack outside the Kodak Center as Dawn Revett of Rochester.
She died this week of injuries suffered when Michael Avery of Syracuse tried to slam an SUV into a crowd leaving a concert.
Rochester Police Chief David Smith says their investigation since then has found no trace of a motive for his attack.
Police are asking anyone who was outside or parked outside the Kodak Center on New Year's Eve before the attack to contact them.
Rochester Mayor Malik Evans says no piece of information is too small or insignificant.
Police say they've learned Avery spent several hours around the Kodak Center the night of the attack, even purchasing a ticket to the concert, but never going inside.
