Two people have been charged after a disturbance broke out during a sentencing yesterday at the Hall of Justice.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says Sincere Vasquez was being sentenced for manslaughter when there were outbursts in the courtroom between the two families involved in the original incident.
Deputies moved in to restore order, arresting a Brockport woman named Imani Gunner as she refused to stop interrupting the court.
Her brother, Malik Gunner, tried to stop the deputies.
They used pepper spray and a taser against him.
Imani Gunner is charged with criminal contempt, resisting arrest, and harassment.
Her brother is charged with obstructing governmental administration.
Both have been released on their own recognizance.
