A Rochester man is facing a federal child pornography charge.
Prosecutors say 28-year-old Nicholas Laffin was found in the bedroom alongside a 13-year-old girl at her home in Albion last month.
Laffin then fled, but allegedly left his cellphone behind.
The FBI says they found pornographic images of the girl on that phone.
Laffin also faces a child endangerment charge out of Albion.
