A Rochester man will serve 4 years in prison for a fatal hit-and-run last year.
32-year-old Steven Cheeks Junior pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
Prosecutors say Cheeks hit 52-year-old Yoeun Nhong of Rochester as she was crossing Clifford Avenue near Conkey Avenue back in February of last year.
Cheeks allegedly tried to evade arrest, claiming his car was stolen.
He was arrested and charged last April.
