The man under suspicion almost since Day One for the arson murder of a little girl nearly 20 years ago is finally in custody in Rochester.

Sixty-three-year-old Tim Kuhn was extradited from the Florida Panhandle, where he was arrested last week.

He's charged in an indictment with murder and arson for setting the fire in February 2004 on Yates Street that killed 8-year-old Savannah Streber.

Police Chief David Smith says Kuhn had a volatile relationship with the girl's mother, Lisa.

Savannah's three-year-old sister, a babysitter, and the babysitter’s son survived the fire.

Kuhn is being held without bail.
