Rochester police have arrested a parolee for the shooting Tuesday on Murray Street, near Otis Street.
Police say 22-year-old Tevin Benjamin-Foster was arrested during a traffic yesterday on Mt. Read Boulevard.
He's charged with robbery, assault, and gun crimes for the shooting that wounded a 25-year-old man.
Benjamin-Foster is currently on parole for a conviction in 2019 for Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
