A Rochester man is facing charges, after a stabbing in Seneca County last month.
Police say 35-year-old Jocolby Wallace slashed a woman at her Seneca Falls home on December 10th.
The victim was taken to Strong Hospital with life-threatening wounds, but survived.
A grand jury has indicted Wallace on attempted murder, assault, burglary, and a weapons charge.
Wallace is being held without bail at the Seneca County Jail.
