A Rochester man is in the hospital, after a shooting on the city's west side this afternoon.
Police say the 25-year-old man was hit by a round in the upper body near Murray and Otis streets just after 12:30.
The victim was rushed to Strong Hospital for emergency surgery, and is in stable condition.
There are no arrests.
