A Pennsylvania man is dead, after a 3-car Yates County crash.
Deputies say 80-year-old Dennis Pabis of Throop, Pennsylvania was rear-ended yesterday afternoon on State Route 14 near Dundee-Glenora Road.
That impact pushed his car into the other lane, where it was hit head-on.
Pabis died at the hospital.
The driver and passenger in one of the other cars were hospitalized with minor injuries.
Charges are pending.
