A Rochester man is recovering, after he was shot on the city's north side.
Police were called to Avenue A at around 3 yesterday afternoon for a report of a shooting.
They didn't find anyone, but a 34-year-old city man walked into Rochester General with a gunshot wound to the leg.
He's expected to survive.
There are no arrests, and anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call 911.
