A Wyoming County man is facing charges for allegedly providing the drugs that caused a deadly overdose.
Twenty-eight-year-old Todd Weigert of Perry is charged in an indictment with criminally negligent homicide and drug possession charges.
Authorities have not named the woman who was killed, and they haven't said what drug killed her.
Bail was set for Weigert, and he has a court date in February.
