Rochester police say a man dragged a woman with her own car this morning.
It happened just after 8:30 at the McDonald's on Monroe Avenue.
29-year-old Omar Boulama allegedly hopped into the still-running car, then dragged the woman as she tried to stop him.
The woman was taken to the hospital with a leg injury.
Boulama was arrested in Brighton and is charged with robbery, assault, and grand larceny.
