A Rochester man who already did federal prison time for possessing child porn is headed back to prison for more than 12 years for doing it again.
Thirty-five-year-old Jason Koscielski was first convicted in 2011.
The latest offenses occurred in November 2021.
Federal prosecutors say he used a phone to send and receive explicit kiddie porn images and exchange explicit images with a 15-year-old boy.
