Police have made an arrest in a carjacking at the downtown transit center.
A woman reported she was waiting for a friend to get off the bus last night when she was approached by a man with a gun who demanded her phone and her car.
Police tracked the car to a parking lot on North Clinton Avenue, and arrested 30-year-old Tramieke Austin.
He's charged with robbery and grand larceny.
