The State Supreme Court has lifted an injunction that had halted cannabis retailer licensing.
A group of veterans claimed this summer they were being harmed by regulations granting the first retail licenses to people with past marijuana convictions.
The injunction had prevented hundreds of legal dispensaries from opening.
The Cannabis Control Board voted earlier this week to approve a settlement with the veterans group.
