Greece Police say their Criminal Investigations Division raided two smoke shops on Dewey Avenue and on Stone Road.
The raids conducted along with Rochester and State Police also included a search of a warehouse on River Street in the City and a private home in Greece.
Police say they recovered 150 pounds of marijuana, plus cannabis-infused edible products, cash, and equipment.
They arrested Anthony Gingello Jr. of Greece and Charles Infantino of Rochester.
Both of them are 28 and charged with criminal possession of cannabis.
Both were released on appearance tickets.
The Town of Greece opted out of the state's cannabis sales program nearly two years ago and has no provision for legal marijuana sales.
