RPD: Teen Shot 2, Drove Off in Stolen Car

Rochester police have arrested a 15-year-old boy for the shootings October 12 that wounded a woman and a 14-year-old boy.

The victims were shot in the legs near Avenue D and North Street.

The shooter took off in a stolen Kia.

Police spotted the Kia the next day and chased it for a while before losing it.

They found it abandoned later.

The teen was arrested yesterday by U.S. Marshals and is being held at the Children's Center on assault, weapon, and stolen property charges.
