A Rochester man has been found guilty in a fatal shooting outside an East Ridge Road restaurant.
48-year-old Shawn Appleberry was convicted today of 2nd-degree murder and a gun crime.
Prosecutors say he gunned down 42-year-old Desmond Diggs outside Tangie’s Kitchen in March of last year, following an argument.
Appleberry will be sentenced next month.
