The Monroe County Sheriff's Office is releasing new details about last week's murder-suicide at a home on Tobey Road in Pittsford.
Investigators say Andre Pellam shot Jasmine Adams multiple times before taking his own life with an illegal gun.
Deputies had gone to that home in September for a domestic incident and Pellan was arrested for assault and criminal mischief.
At that time Pellam was released with a court order to stay away from Adams.
