There's another arrest in a shooting last month in Rochester's Upper Falls neighborhood.
25-year-old Taivon Phipps faces 2nd-degree assault and gun crimes.
Police say he and 20-year-old Brejeah Robinson shot a woman in her 20s on Oakman Street.
27-year-old Johnnie Williams and a 16-year-old boy were with Phipps at the time -- both also face weapons charges.
Robinson was arrested last month.
