Parolee Sentenced in Fatal Rochester Shooting

A 39-year-old parolee is heading back to prison for a shootings that killed one person and wounded another.

Jarrelle Williams has been sentenced to 65 years to life for his conviction on murder and attempted murder charges.

The shooting in April 2022 at a house on Phelps Avenue killed Sharell Brown and wounded the other victim.

After the shooting, Williams cut off his ankle monitor and fled to Alabama, where he was caught about three weeks later.
