A Fairport man is accused of groping a disabled person on a bus this past summer.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says it happened aboard a CDS Monarch bus in Penfield in July.

The bus driver, 71-year-old Ronald Metzler, is charged with endangering a disabled person and forcible touching.

The alleged victim is physically and intellectually disabled and non-verbal.

The Sheriff's Office believes there may be more victims, and are asking anyone with information to contact them.
