A Rochester man has been indicted in a fatal shooting last month on the city's northeast side.
36-year-old Eric Leslie is charged with 2nd-degree murder and 4 gun crimes.
Leslie allegedly gunned down 31-year-old Vernel Rose September 30th at North Goodman Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Police say the two were talking, when Leslie shot Rose in the head as Rose turned his back.
Leslie is a prior felon.
