A motorcyclist from Greece is facing charges in a hit-and-run last month.
Police say Cody Walters was riding with two motorcyclists when one ran a red light on West Ridge Road and hit a man in a crosswalk.
Police say all three left the scene and refused to stop for police.
One of the riders then hit a car in an intersection.
He was hospitalized, and a second rider stayed at the scene and was charged with DWI.
However, police say Walters took off.
Walters is charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
