Federal prosecutors want a longer sentence for Rochester Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola.
Pezzola was sentenced last month to 10 years in prison on charges stemming from his role in the Capitol Riot.
The sentence is half of what prosecutors had recommended, and they're now appealing his sentence, as well as those of 4 other Proud Boy leaders.
Pezzola was found guilty of stealing and destroying government property, obstructing an official proceeding and assaulting an officer in May.
However, Pezzola was cleared of the most serious charge of seditious conspiracy.
