$63 Million in Tax Breaks Approved for Webster fa!rlife Plant

COMIDA has approved $63 million in tax breaks for the proposed fa!rlife ultra-filtered milk plant in Webster.

The $660 million plant on Tebor Road, off Basket Road, is expected to have 250 workers when it opens before the end of 2025.

COMIDA okayed a $20 million payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement.

Empire State Development is providing up to $21 million in job creation tax credits.

The Monroe County Industrial Development Agency is applying to the state for a $20 million grant to support the costs of the infrastructure.

It's expected to be the largest dairy processing plant in the Northeast.
