Rochester police have made an arrest in the case of a man killed in a drive-by shooting Wellington Avenue back in July of last year.
Police have charged 34-year-old Marlon Williams with second degree murder and two counts of weapon possession in the shooting death of 24-year-old Shaquan Parker.
Williams is also the suspect accused of firing at three people standing in a driveway on First Street last month.
Police tracked him down and arrested him at a motel in Gates.
