A Rochester man is dead, after a crash in Erie County over the weekend.
It happened early Saturday morning on Route 5 in Newstead.
Troopers say 54-year-old Keith Wagner's vehicle was hit head-on in a chain-reaction.
Wagner was dead at the scene.
An 18-year-old driver was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries.
There's no word on any charges.
