Rochester Man Pleads Guilty in Homicide, Shootout

A Rochester man charged in a homicide from Labor Day last year has pleaded guilty to a list of charges.

Rochester police say 35-year-old Travis Lewis III shot and killed Isaiah Fleming during an argument at a neighborhood store on Joseph Avenue.

Lewis was alsocharged a gunfight later that month on North Clinton Avenue that seriously wounded a three-year-old who was caught in the crossfire.

Lewis pleaded guilty to manslaughter and other charges in the Fleming homicide, and several assault and weapons counts in the shootout.

He'll be sentenced in October.
