Two senior members of Rochester mayor Malik Evans's staff are stepping aside.
Both Deputy Mayor Patrick Cunningham and Corporation Counsel Linda Kingsley will retire at the end of the year.
Both have been in their posts since Evans took over as mayor at the beginning of last year.
Budget Director Michael Burns become Deputy Mayor and Deputy Corporation Counsel Patrick Beath will replace Kingsley.
Meantime, Evans announced two more appointments: Frederick Rion will be Rochester’s Director of Emergency Management, and Sade McCallan will serve as Emerging Initiatives Manager.
