The Attorney General's office has released bodycam footage of a fatal State Police shooting from last month.
It happened in a field in Gates, where trooper Dominic Cato shot 35-year-old Daniel Legler of Chili, after Legler allegedly fired a round at Cato.
The shooting came after Legler crashed his car at the end of a high speed chase that began when the trooper saw an expired inspection sticker.
Troopers have called the shooting justified.
The state Attorney General's office is still investigating, as required by law in any case where a police officer causes a death.
