Rochester police have made an arrest in a June homicide.
37-year-old Byron Bell is charged with 2nd-degree murder and a gun crime.
Police say he shot 18-year-old Ja'hod Snow while Snow was driving near Laser Street and Joseph Avenue.
It happened after Snow allegedly stole Bell's wife's Hyundai from their driveway.
Snow crashed into a utility pole and was dead at the scene.
Bell was able to track the vehicle by its GPS tracking device.
He'll be arraigned tomorrow morning.
