UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Tommie Parsons of Rochester.

A man is dead, after he was struck by a vehicle on Chili Avenue.
Police say the 23-year-old man was behind a trailer on the side of the road, when a vehicle crashed into that trailer at around 1:30 this afternoon.
The victim was working for a driveway-sealing company.
The driver was not hurt, and no charges are expected.
