State Senator Jeremy Cooney has scheduled a public hearing next month to look at the issues complicating the state's rollout of legal marijuana.
Cooney chairs the Senate Subcommittee on Cannabis and has scheduled the hearing for October 30 in Albany.
Lawsuits and agency staffing challenges have contributed to the delays awarding retail licenses.
