Rochester Man Pleads Guilty in Fatal Fast Food Restaurant Shooting

A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and a gun crime in a fatal shooting at a city fast food restaurant earlier this year.

Prosecutors say 19-year-old Dashaun Tubbs gunned down Sideic Robinson in January, as Robinson was finishing his shift at the Burger King on Lyell Avenue.

Police say it was a targeted shooting.

Tubbs was also charged in a non-fatal February shooting of a 17-year-old on St. James Street.

Tubbs will be formally sentenced to 30 years in prison next month.
