Pezzola Sentencing Postponed to Friday

Rochester Proud Boy Dominic Pezzola will now be sentenced Friday morning at 10am.

A federal judge called in sick today, slightly delaying sentencing for all 5 Proud Boys convicted in the May Capitol Riot trial.

Pezzola was found guilty of obstruction of an official proceeding and six other counts, but acquitted of the top charge of seditious conspiracy.

Prosecutors are seeking a 20-year prison term for Pezzola, which would include a "terrorism enhancement."

Sentences of at least 30 years are being sought for the other 4 leaders.
