A Rochester man and woman are under arrest, charged both with the murder of a man outside a West Side gas station early yesterday...and a shooting incident at Hudson Avenue and Agnes Street about an hour later. 18-year-old Naveair Stewart and 19-year-old Thailea Arroyo are both charged with second degree murder in the death of 28-year-old Jevonte Huff. They also face numerous weapons possession counts. Police say they were in a car and fired numerous shots at a group outside the gas station at Dewey and Lexington Avenues, fatally injuring Huff who is not believed to have been the intended target. Later, they fired at an unknown target on Hudson Avenue. They didn't hit anything, but were spotted by police and arrested.
