Rochester Man Takes Plea Deal in Mazda Terr. Homicide

The Rochester man accused in a September homicide on the city's north side has pleaded guilty to 1st-degree manslaughter.

Prosecutors say 29-year-old Kenneth Scott gunned down 40-year-old Lamar Cassevoy on Mazda Terrace during an argument.

Scott was originally charged with 2nd-degree murder and two gun crimes.

Scott is now a three-time convicted felon.
